On the clinic side, our caring and capable staff works with our patients to give the best possible patient care and improve health outcomes.
On the research side, our staff, headed by principal investigator Dr. Francisco Badar, has extensive experience having conducted over 100 clinical trials since 2009.
Our team is fully trained in GCP, ICH and FDA regulations and is committed to ensuring clinical data integrity while protecting and enhancing the safety and well-being of our patients.
Physician Staff
Dr. Bernadette P. Alejandrino is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is affiliated with multiple hospitals. Dr. Alejandrino received her medical degree from University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. She completed her residency at United Hospital Center Family Medicine Center in West Virginia. She has been in practice for more than 20 years and has more than 10 years experience as Sub-Investigator and over 5 years of experience as Principal Investigator, participating in over 50 studies.

Francisco Badar, M.D. is certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Badar earned his medical degree from the University of Sto. Tomas in the Philippines. He completed his internship and residency at the North Oakland Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident. He has over 10 years’ experience as a Principal Investigator and Sub-Investigator in clinical research trials, and has participated in over 100 studies.
